The
Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a market-leading M&A Tax team. You'll advise on the tax implications of a broad range of transactions, working as part of multidisciplinary deal teams throughout the transaction lifecy
cle.

Key Responsibi
- lities
Support the delivery of bespoke tax advice on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and other strategic transac - tions.
Work closely with colleagues across Deals, Corporate Tax and Transaction Services to provide integrated client solu - tions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal - teams.
Collaborate with overseas tax specialists and wider international networks on cross-border engage - ments.
Support and coach junior team members, contributing to their development and su - ccess.
Participate in business development initiatives, helping identify opportunities with both existing and prospective cl - ients.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations and client deliver
Candidate
- o have:
CTA or an equivalent professional qualifi - cation.
Experience with in Deals Tax, M&A Tax, Corporate Tax or a related advisory envir - onment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabi - lities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships effec - tively.
Commercial awareness and an interest in transaction-drive - n work.
Experience working on complex tax matters within a fast-paced client-facing envir - onment.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary
