Based in the heart of Birmingham, these practices and their advisers have each built a strong reputation for delivering tailored financial advice to a diverse and loyal client base. With continued growth and demand, they are now offering a unique opportunity for an aspiring adviser to enter the industry through a structured and supportive development pathway.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about financial advice and helping clients plan for their futures
• Professional, articulate, and confident in front of clients
• Driven to build and grow their own portfolio of clients
• Strong work ethic and a brilliant team player

• QCF Level 4 qualifications (DipFA, IAD, CISI, or equivalent)
• Background in relationship management or other client-facing roles. Open to a charismatic individual who is passionate about advice with at least 4 years professional experience

• Full funding for industry-recognised exams (e.g. CII R0s) to help you become Level 4 qualified
