As part of our clients exciting growth plans for 2026 a unique job opportunity has been created at for a Specialist Mortgage Broker.

This position provides a great chance to work at an established and market leading specialist mortgage broker going from strength to strength.

Based at the company’s office you will be dealing with clients nationally over the telephone but don’t confuse them with a call centre.

Why? Because all leads are provided and there is absolutely no cold calling.

The business is keen to get the right candidate for an immediate start,

• Full mortgage qualifications CeMAP / MAQ needs to be held for 12 months minimum.
• At least 1 years’ experience of working with a proven track record with adverse experience this is a must
• Strong organisational skills to deal with the volume of business we anticipate writing as part of our growth plans

Starting salary £40-50k Salary for the right applicant

• Need to write £30k minimum in mortgage fees per month for bonus to kick in
• Average case size is £3k per month minimum £249 application fee £1995 broker fee plus proc
• Need 10 cases
• Advisors currently achieving this in the office
• Pay 10 % - £4k
• SO effectively for doing minimum £48k on top

Also pay out @ 20% on life

Average case is £1k per month

Need to write 60% of all cases written cases

6 cases x £1k x 20% = £1200 per month in life x 12 = £14400
