Financial Due Diligence Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead financial due diligence assignments, support corporate finance transactions and provide critical insights to investors, lenders and corporate clients. You will manage multiple engagements, oversee project delivery and play a key role in helping clients evaluate acquisition, investment and disposal opportunities.

The firm advises a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurial businesses and private equity-backed organisations to larger corporates operating across multiple sectors.

• Lead financial due diligence engagements on acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions
• Analyse historical and forecast financial information to identify key risks and opportunities
• Prepare and review due diligence reports for a range of stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation across multiple assignments
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, investors and senior stakeholders

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with previous experience within financial due diligence or transaction services
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Ability to interpret financial information and communicate commercial insights clearly
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
