You’ll become a key part of a small, high‑performing finance team, supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting and smooth day‑to‑day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and posting financial transactions across internal systems
- Working with detailed investment and income data
- Processing payments to customers and external partners
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations
- Calculating customer withdrawal values
- Preparing financial reports to set deadlines
- Monitoring commercial performance and P&L activity
- Ensuring data accuracy and strong financial controls
- Providing excellent service to members and internal stakeholders
- Using Excel and accounting software confidently to support analysis
- Stepping in for the Finance Manager when required
- At least 3 years’ experience in a finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial processes
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Advanced Excel capability
- A proactive, curious, and commercially minded approach
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast‑paced team
AAT qualification, part‑qualified accountant status, or experience within financial services.
