Salary: £44,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham - remote role, with on-site presence required for induction and ad-hoc meetings
Contract: 12 months fixed term
Overview of the Senior Performance Analyst role
Sellick Partnership is pleased to be supporting a Housing Association in their search for a Senior Performance Analyst, to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
Our client is looking for an analytical Senior Performance Analyst who thrives on exploring data, spotting trends, identifying opportunities, and uncovering insights behind the numbers. You'll have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to data quality and the confidence to turn data into clear reports and dashboards that support better decision making.
Working closely with colleagues in the property compliance team, you'll lead on performance reporting and help ensure data is robust and of the highest quality.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Performance Analyst:
- Play a lead role in appraising, managing/developing and improving the data and information support services, particularly around the Stock Investment Programme and Service Contracts to help to ensure the stock is compliant and maintained to Housing 21's high standards.
