We're partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing organisation in Cambridge seeking an exceptional Graduate Finance Assistant to join their collaborative finance team. Working closely with experienced finance professionals, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting and commercial finance activities while receiving ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices and payments Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash management Supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes Raising sales invoices and maintaining financial records Assisting with budgeting, reporting and financial analysis Supporting finance projects and process improvements Working with internal stakeholders across the business Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all financial transactions About You We're seeking someone who combines academic excellence with ambition and a genuine interest in pursuing a finance career.

You'll likely have: A strong academic background, ideally a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities Exceptional attention to detail A proactive and inquisitive mindset Outstanding communication skills The drive and determination to progress towards a professional qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA) Previous finance experience is welcome but not essential.
