The Role Analyse and optimise the performance of collections, recoveries, or insolvency portfolios Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis Support customer segmentation and portfolio strategy development Drive process improvement and automation initiatives Collaborate with operational teams to improve portfolio performance Mentor and support junior analysts where required Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience within collections, recoveries, insolvency, credit risk, or portfolio analytics Advanced SQL skills Experience producing actionable insights from large datasets Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Python experience is advantageous but not essential What They Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Clear progression opportunities within a growing analytics function Exposure to a variety of projects and client portfolios Hybrid working pattern with four days in the office and Fridays remote Supportive culture with a strong focus on development and learning
