Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you experienced in accounts payable and looking for an exciting new role? A client of ours is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity if you have a few years' experience in finance, are skilled at processing high volumes of invoices and looking after the AP ledger, and are after a new opportunity.

Responsibilities As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for Inputting and processing a high volume of invoices Completing payment runs and bank reconciliations Monitoring of the AP inbox, responding to any queries Maintenance of supplier records, ensuring documentation is kept up to date Assistance with month-end close Requirements As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will need Previous experience in a finance related role Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of Excel and experience using accounting software Good communication skills If you're looking for a new challenge within finance, then please get in touch!
