Paraplanner (15-Month FTC – Maternity Cover) Private Wealth Management | HNW & UHNW Clients | Hybrid (UK) Salary: up to £60,000  Excellent Benefits (Negotiable) We are working with a leading UK private wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team on a 15-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a rare opportunity to work closely alongside one of the firm’s top Financial Planners, supporting an established portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

This role requires someone confident operating at the highest level of financial planning, with strong technical ability and experience supporting complex client needs.

The Role You will play a key role within a high-performing advisory team, providing comprehensive paraplanning support including:
Production of high-quality suitability reports and technical recommendations Cashflow modelling and detailed financial analysis for HNW/UHNW clients Research across a broad range of sophisticated planning solutions Liaising closely with Financial Planners, investment teams, and clients where required Ensuring all advice and documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards Supporting complex planning areas including tax, estate planning, pensions, and investment structuring About You To be considered, you will need:
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum requirement) Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered status Proven paraplanning experience within HNW/UHNW client environments Strong technical knowledge across financial planning strategies and products Excellent report writing and analytical skills Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-calibre advisory setting Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset The Offer Salary up to circa £60,000 (depending on experience) Highly attractive benefits package 15-month fixed term contract (maternity cover) Hybrid working model – minimum 1 day in office, ideally up to 3 days Opportunity to work closely with a leading UK Financial Planner and complex client base This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to operate at the top end of the market within a prestigious private wealth environment on a fixed-term basis.
