We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Pension Administrator to join our growing team.This is a permanent, full time role that is based in our Bristol, Cheltenham, Birmingham, or Glasgow offices, working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:- Has a thorough understanding of the trust deed and rules for each scheme
- Carries out complex benefit calculations and tasks and deals with more complex pension queries
- Checks work of other team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scheme rules, internal procedures and controls and legislation
- Checks pensioner payrolls, including calculation of net pay, arranges payments and preparation of year end returns
- Liaises with authorities including DWP, HMRC, The Pensions Regulator and the Information Commissioner
- Monitors scheme cashflow requirements and arranges investments / disinvestments as required.
- In depth knowledge of both DB and DC occupational pension schemes
- A pensions qualification progress with other relevant PMI qualifications would be an advantage. A willingness to make progress towards a professional qualification would be a benefit; however proven experience in the role is more desirable than other academic achievement.
- Relevant Financial Services experience or a background in DC or DB pension administration would be a requirement.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
