Position: Senior Cash Management (Treasury)
Senior Cash Management - Interim | Birmingham | Day Rate

We are currently recruiting a Senior Cash Management professional for a high-profile interim assignment with a successful, owner-managed and highly acquisitive business based in Birmingham.

This is a key role within the finance function, with significant exposure to senior leadership and responsibility for strengthening cash management across a complex and rapidly growing Group.

Key areas of focus will include:

- Leading and optimising cash pooling arrangements across the Group
- Improving short and medium-term cash flow forecasting
- Enhancing Group-wide cash visibility and liquidity management
- Reviewing and strengthening cash management processes and controls
- Supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Group's cash management structure
- Working closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders across the business
- Identifying opportunities to improve working capital and the efficient deployment of cash

We are looking for an experienced cash management or treasury professional who can operate at a senior level while remaining hands-on and delivery focused.

Experience with in an acquisitive, owner-managed or similarly fast-paced environment would be particularly relevant.
