** As part of our Finance and Regulation Graduate Programme, you'll help shape the future of water services across the East of England. Whether you join our Finance or Regulation pathway, you'll gain exposure to strategic decision-making, complex business challenges and projects that have a lasting impact on customers, communities and the environment. From day one, you'll work on real projects that influence how Anglian Water invests billions of pounds to improve services, protect the environment and deliver long-term value.

Finance Graduates will develop their commercial and analytical expertise through exposure to areas such as financial controls and accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investment appraisal and business planning. You'll help assess financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities and provide insights that support key business decisions.

Regulation Graduates will build an in-depth understanding of how the economic regulation of a water company operates in practice. The Regulation team sits at the heart of the business, connecting government policy, regulatory frameworks, business planning and investment delivery.
