Knight wood Mortgages is a growing, client-focused mortgage and protection brokerage based in the New Forest. As our current Case Manager progresses into a Mortgage Adviser role through our development pathway, we are seeking an ambitious and organised individual to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in mortgage and protection advice, starting as a Case Manager while completing a fully funded Mortgage Adviser Apprenticeship. You'll gain hands-on experience, industry qualifications and structured support designed to help you progress into a qualified Mortgage Adviser within approximately 18 months.

Initially, you will work as a Case Manager, supporting our advisers and clients through the mortgage application process from recommendation to completion. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will undertake a structured apprenticeship programme leading towards becoming a fully authorised Mortgage Adviser.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, customer-focused and looking for a long-term career.

• Managing mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion
• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and other third parties
• Chasing outstanding documents and updating clients on progress
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM notes
• Supporting advisers with application preparation and administration
• Ensuring all files meet compliance and regulatory requirements
• Completing apprenticeship coursework and professional qualifications
• Learning the mortgage advice process and shadowing experienced advisers
• Fully funded Mortgage Adviser Apprenticeship
• Study support and dedicated mentoring

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills

• Wants to build a long-term career in financial services
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in administration, banking, financial services or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.
