Green Square Accord is seeking an experienced Tenancy Enforcement Officer in Birmingham. You will lead ASB investigations, progress tenancy enforcement cases, and gather evidence for court proceedings as needed.
You will work with Housing, Income, Repairs and Support teams, supporting victims with a trauma-informed approach while ensuring compliance with tenancy law and safeguarding requirements.
