Citizens Advice Ltd is seeking an experienced debt caseworker to join our Debt Team in Birmingham. You will contribute to delivering high-quality debt advice services in line with contractual obligations, and work towards delivery of team and individual targets.
In this role you will undertake social policy work at local, regional and national levels, helping clients with a wide range of debt issues and influencing policy discussions. Interviews will take place on 12 November 2026.
