The Role !

Our Senior Stylists bring expert
knowledge and advanced training to every customer interaction, offering expert
advice on styling, colouring & treatments. They lead by example—coaching
and supporting the hair team to ensure every customer feels confident, pampered
& cared for, leaving our salon with ‘That Superdrug Feeling’. We’re also
extremely proud to work with some of the most trusted and professional hair
brands in the industry, like Schwarzkopf, and Framesi - helping
us to deliver the very best professional service to our customers!

About You

We’re looking
for someone who is passionate, professional, and ready to make a difference in
every client’s day. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3
    in Hairdressing or an equivalent qualification.

Have a genuine desire to
    exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.

Are confident in engaging
    with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and
    services.

Are truly passionate
    about all things hair, keeping up with the latest trends and
    techniques
