In this role, you will provide expert hair treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and ready to make a difference in every client’s day.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
• Are truly passionate about all things hair, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
