Support service users through their recovery journey, promoting harm reduction, advocating for access to partnership services, and applying evidence-based psycho-social interventions. Ensure recovery plans are tailored, collaborative, and responsive to individual needs.

• Support service users from entry into the service, guiding them through treatment and recovery planning.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop personalized recovery plans with appropriate referrals.
• Promote harm reduction strategies and reduce the impact of drug and alcohol-related issues.
• Encourage involvement of carers, service users, and the wider community in the recovery process.
• Advocate for service users to access partnership services to enhance social and community reintegration.
• Foster resilience and build peer-support networks among service users.
• Coordinate and manage tailored packages of care, implementing recognized psycho-social interventions in collaboration with prescribing clinicians.
