Main duties of the jobYou will be responsible for warm calling clients to book them in for their Ultrasound appointment at one of our many clinics across the country

Job responsibilities- You will be responsible for warm calling clients to book them in for their Ultrasound appointment at one of our many clinics across the country
- You will use IT systems to link appointments to a patients medical file and update our instructing parties with the relevant information
- You will work as part of a team, and will be responsible for booking as many patients as possible to fulfil targets to fill our clinic spaces
- Making a targeted volume of outbound calls daily and taking inbound calls from patients (or customers).

- Good IT Skills
- Conscientious with a meticulous approach to dealing with details
- Excellent telephone manner

- A flexible approach with an ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment
- Experience with in an outbound call centre is desirable but not essential
- Self-starter; ability to use initiative and work with the minimum of supervision
- Ability to adapt to new systems and challenges and use initiative to gain new skills
