Elder is expanding its Live In Care service! We’re looking for self‑employed Live In Carers to join our platform and provide one‑to‑one support to older people at home.

Providing personalised care, you’ll work directly with the customer to create a schedule everyone is happy with. Your assistance will help them to stay in control and independent for as long as possible and you’ll have plenty of time to provide meaningful support and form real connections.

(Carers must be available to live with clients both day and night for a minimum of 7 consecutive days to be eligible for this role)

• Competitive weekly rate of £720‑865 per week
• Double pay on bank holidays, driving bonuses, food allowances, and other add‑ons

• Work independently without manager supervision in the care recipient’s home
• Commit to placements for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights
• Have at least 6 months of professional care experience
• Pass a background check (enhanced DBS in England/Wales or PVG in Scotland)
• Provide 2 professional references that Elder can verify
• Good level of spoken English
• Right to work in the UK as a self‑employed carer (no student/Skilled Worker visas)
