Healthcare Assistants will support a teenage boy with complex health needs, ensuring he can safely attend school. The role requires building a positive relationship, delivering hands-on care, and promoting independence and wellbeing.

• Provide personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dietary needs
• Administer medication and support clinical/complex health needs
• Encourage participation in activities and social interaction
• Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes promptly
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with the care team

• Confident with medication administration, personal care, and moving/handling
• Patient, reliable, and compassionate attitude
