This part-time role (15 hours/week) involves undertaking medicines reconciliation, supporting prescribing quality targets, and providing medication-related advice. The ideal candidate should have an NVQ3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, along with experience in NHS Primary care and excellent computer skills.
