About the RoleAs a Relief Pharmacist you will provide excellent customer and patient care, offering expert advice and reassurance beyond dispensing medication. You will work across multiple pharmacies, delivering the pharmacy strategy, ensuring legal and ethical decisions, building store team capability, and reviewing safety through audit and risk assessment. Your responsibilities also include delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
- Deliver the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
- Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
- Build the pharmacy capability of store teams.
- Conduct continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety.
- Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
To be successful, you should be registered with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI) and possess a professional, caring character. You will demonstrate high levels of professional expertise, be respected by stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with a team-centered approach.
