You can be based from our Head Office in Chichester, hybrid or fully remote. Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 depending on experience. Excellent benefits package.

We are growing our team to ensure we can help as many people as possible access high‑quality services in a timely manner and as such, we are looking for a Team Lead to join us on this exciting journey!

• Significant expertise in Neurodevelopmental Assessments with a core qualification and registration in Clinical/Counselling/Forensic/Occupational/Education Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Therapy.
• Relevant registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE SCW or SSSC.
• Highly experienced in conducting online ADOS and ADI‑R assessments for both children and adults.
• Experience leading a team of clinicians within a neurodevelopmental assessment service.
• Ability to support complex MDT discussions.
• Attention to detail and ability to quality check clinical work.
• Experienced in offering supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM‑5 criteria.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
