Clinic Manager

We have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinic Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation specialising in renal and kidney disease treatments. This is an exciting chance to be part of a company that's transforming the lives of patients through exceptional, personalised dialysis care. This is a full-time, permanent position working in Birmingham.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a dialysis setting, ideally previously CQC registered.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
• Must have a registered nurse (NMC) qualification.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the clinic runs seamlessly while maintaining a focus on patient care.
• Develop, mentor and empower a team of healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative environment where people feel supported, valued and motivated.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
