Behavior Analyst

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Behavior Analyst located in Cornwall. The Behavior Analyst will develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans to support individuals with various needs, monitoring progress and making data‑driven adjustments as necessary. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, delivering training to staff and parents, and contributing to the development of individualized care strategies to achieve positive outcomes.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Proficiency in Parent Education, including coaching and guiding families effectively
• Understanding of psychology as it relates to behavioral studies and applications
• Ability to create and manage Behavior Management plans tailored to individual needs
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Relevant qualifications in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., BCBA certification preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role within the care or health sector is an advantage
