As a Healthcare Assistant at Health Harmonie, you will play a vital role in supporting our services and ensuring a high-quality patient experience across our clinics. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative teams, ensuring all patient records and data are handled accurately and efficiently. In addition, you will enhance the patient journey by delivering a welcoming and professional experience, carrying out GDPR and relevant health and safety checks, and supporting the smooth running of clinic operations.

You will assist with appointment coordination and ensure all clinical areas meet strict infection control standards to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff. Your contribution will be essential in delivering an efficient, compassionate, and patient-focused services.

Please note our service operates seven days a week. This role is specifically for weekend working, with shifts typically scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays between 07:00/07:30 and 17:30/18:00.

Edgbaston, Birmingham. This is a mobile role based in Edgbaston, Birmingham. While your primary clinic location will be within the Birmingham area, occasional travel to nearby clinic sites may be required to support service delivery.

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when capturing and handling patient data
• Confident using IT systems and digital platforms
• Previous healthcare or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
• A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and taking pride in your work

• Competitive salary pro‑rate, based on a full‑time equivalent salary of £27,144
