We work directly with NHS trusts and clinicians across the UK to support their patients manage their bladder and bowel conditions. We also support thousands of patients with the delivery of their continence prescription products through our specialist Nightingale home delivery service.

We have two roles; one covering the North of England and one covering the South of England.
Role summaryIn conjunction with the Heath of Clinical and Education and the Consumer Team, the Clinical Advisor contributes to delivering a high standard of care to individuals with complex bladder and bowel needs within the Care and Residential Home setting. The roles are field based and provide support to care homes by delivering appliance reviews, clinical assessments and staff training
The Nurse Advisor role facilitates educational programmes as required and will promote Clinisupplies home delivery service for individuals requiring specialist products for the management of their bladder / bowel symptoms.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do.
- To promote the use of Nightingale home delivery service for patients requiring specialist products appropriate to individual need.
- Complete urology appliance reviews for consumers in care and residential homes
- Deliver training to care home staff on continence care and correct product use.
- Support the Care Home Team with clinical assessments
- Attend joint visits with Care Home Managers/RBMs for onboarding and group‑level opportunities.
- Identify clinical risks and elevate appropriately.
- Actively seek potential business opportunities on behalf of the organization.
- To ensure individuals are offered a holistic assessment and their individual needs are managed appropriately.
- To work autonomously with individuals to ensure high standards of care are delivered in the promotion of continence and management of incontinence
- To undertake clinical procedures, investigations, or interventions competently whilst maintaining a safe, dignified, and confidential environment for the client

- To maintain a high standard of professional competency within a framework of clinical governance
