Community Carer Pay: £13.85 - £14.40 per hour Make a Difference Every Day We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Carers to join our growing team, supporting people within their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Previous care experience is beneficial; however, what matters most is your kindness, reliability, and genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's day.

What We Offer Competitive pay of £13.85 - £14.40 per hour (weekday and weekend rates) Enhanced Bank Holiday pay Company pension scheme Mileage allowance Twice-yearly bonus scheme, averaging £1,500 per year for full-time employees Pool car available for work use Regular team events Supportive 24/7 on-call management team Free uniform and PPE provided Ongoing support and development opportunities Shift Patterns We offer flexible working opportunities within the following shift times: 7:00am - 2:00pm 4:00pm - 10:00pm Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends .

Key Responsibilities As a Community Carer, you will:
Support clients with personal care and medication assistance Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Encourage clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and confidence Support clients with appointments and liaise with families and healthcare professionals when required Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A genuine passion for helping others Excellent communication skills A reliable and compassionate approach Availability to work alternate weekends A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle The right to work in the UK
