Care Home Support Worker

3-Month Block Booking Contracts:

Are you looking for guaranteed hours, excellent pay, and the opportunity to work in some of Scotland's most beautiful locations? We are recruiting for both Care Home and Community Care at Home Support Workers across the Scottish Islands. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, provided they are happy to travel for the placement!Locations: Placements available in Shetland, Orkney, Western Isles, or Argyll and Bute.

Pay Rates (Both Roles):

• Flat rate of £23 Umbrella.

The Schedule (Both Roles):

• Contract:
  
  3-month minimum commitment.
• Hours:
  
  45+ hours per week, typically scheduled 5-6 days per week.

Option 1:
Care Home Support Worker

• Duties:
  Supporting older adults directly within a residential care home setting.
• Shifts:
  
  Dominantly long days (07:00 - 22:00), with potential for split shifts (07:00 - 15:00) or night working (22:00 - 07:00) depending on the placement.
• Driving: A driving licence is not required, but it is highly preferential due to the distance from accommodation to the services.
• Experience:
  
  Previous care home experience is preferred.

Option 2:
Community Support Worker (Care at Home)
