Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Workforce Systems Implementation Administrator on a 14‑month fixed term/secondment. You will lead rollout of electronic rostering and expenses (Healthroster), provide expert training, and generate management reports across Trust sites.
The role requires hands-on rostering knowledge, NHS pay awareness, and ability to train system users. Part-time hours reflect 18.75 per week with a pro rata salary.
