Penderels Trust in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated full-time Support Worker to assist a 25-year-old man with autism, anxiety and complex needs. You will provide personal care, accompany to activities, support communication via AAC device, and encourage independence.
Successful candidates will have caring experience, be reliable and patient, and able to work flexible day/evening/weekend shifts. DBS clearance is required and costs are covered.
