Glenholme Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Support Worker for a Learning Disabilities Service. The role is full-time, with a rota across days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Training is provided and sponsorship is not available.
You will support residents with daily activities, personal care where needed, and medication administration while promoting safety, independence, and wellbeing.
