Our team delivers consistent, compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs. As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping people develop life skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. No two days are the same - but every day has the power to change someone's life.
Your Role as a Support Worker You'll be part of a dedicated, hands-on team supporting individuals with a range of complex needs such as Autism, Learning disabilities, Mental health conditions, & Challenging behaviour. To help the individual live safely and independently in their own homes. Your work will make a direct and lasting impact.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting
Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access
Being a calm, reliable presence during difficult times, offering emotional reassurance and structure
Promoting routines and relationships that help people feel safe, respected, and included
Monitoring and recording progress, recognising and celebrating small wins every day Working regular 12-hour shifts - including waking nights - to provide consistent and high-quality care
What We're Looking ForA Full UK (manual) driving licenceA minimum of one year's experience working in care or support (desirable)
Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence
Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
Basic IT skills for communication and record-keepingA team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care
