Foundation 2 Change is seeking a Peer Connector in Birmingham. The role uses lived experience to support individuals facing multiple disadvantages, helping them navigate wellbeing and access recovery services within a supportive, recovery‑focused framework.
The post is 30 hours per week over 4 days, fixed‑term for 15 months. Salary £24,000 per annum (£30,000 pro rata), based at Pathways 2 Progress Hub, Warwick Street, with city‑wide travel as required.
