As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming
• Supporting with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration
• Supporting customers with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carrying out light housework, including tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Being a dependable, friendly and familiar face for the customers you support
• Full induction and ongoing expert training
• Uniform and PPE provided
• Regular support and ongoing career development
• Friendly and inclusive team with 24/7 support
• Blue Light Card / WPA

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A kind and compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• The ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
