Green Castle Solutions is seeking a compassionate L3 Support Worker for our specialist service in Banham, UK. You will empower individuals with complex needs to gain independence and essential life skills, while delivering tailored care and behaviour support.
You’ll assist with daily routines, activities and education, working within a committed multi-disciplinary team. Candidates should have Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent, plus experience with autism or learning disabilities.
