Leaders In Care is seeking an Adult Clinical Lead for a hybrid community-based role. You will manage your own caseload, provide leadership to frontline teams and ensure outstanding person-centred care in the community.
To qualify, you must be an Registered General Nurse with active NMC registration and have experience in complex care, ICU, HDU or community nursing, including tracheostomy care and ventilation. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
