Remuneration: up to £60,000 (London) up to £55,000 regionally + £10,000-£20,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Healthcare Water Filtration will involve:

* Field sales position selling a manufactured range of anti-legionella and all-germ point-of-use water filtration solutions for healthcare facilities, care homes and public buildings

* 90% of your time targeting mechanical engineers (responsible for water) within NHS, healthcare estates & facilities, hard FM (building management), water hygiene, Legionella control, infection prevention, healthcare construction and building services

* Predominantly a new business role within known end users

* Typically four days per week on the road, Friday WFH admin day

* 3-4 customer appointments per day (one day per month at head office)

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Healthcare Water Filtration with:

* Must have 3 years field sales experience selling into one of the following: NHS, healthcare estates & facilities, hard FM (building management), water hygiene, Legionella control, infection prevention, healthcare construction or building services

* Must have sold into mechanical engineers

* Ideally sold some kind of compliance e.g. healthcare furniture, modular buildings, fire compliance, water safety, working at height solutions, medical gas etc.

* Commercial experience in a similar role

* Strong understand of NHS structures and procurement may be advantageous

* New business hunter

* Excellent relationship builder

* Previous experience of having sold to any of the following organisations may be advantageous; T-Safe, Pall/ Cytiva, 3M filtration, water treatment companies, Legionella consultancies, Hard FM providers, NHS estates or healthcare compliance and infection prevention environments
