Sense is hiring Support Workers in Birmingham to join our residential service. The role offers permanent contracts, shifts up to 37.5 hours per week, and a pay rate of £13.00 per hour. The team supports five adults with complex needs, offering a varied programme of activities and regular day trips including holidays.
Shifts run 7am–2:30pm and 2pm–9:30pm across the week. Applicants will be part of a compassionate team, with opportunities to contribute to inclusive care and community life.
