Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Occupational Therapist for a part-time role based in the Birmingham area. The post involves working within the Therapy Hub, a community-based team of OTs, physiotherapists and rehabilitation staff. The post is 30.0 hours per week.
You will assess, plan and implement therapy with appropriate prioritisation, supporting discharge planning and falls prevention in partnership with the wider team.
