Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Therapy HUB in Birmingham. You will work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver progressive rehabilitation, helping patients reach maximum function in community and home settings.
The post holder will support assessments, assist in delivering the Therapy Service, and contribute to safe, effective home-based care, with training provided to meet Band 3
