Occupational Therapist

• Undertake home visits within the allocated Birmingham area
• Conduct home visits across the allocated Birmingham locality
• Assess individuals for equipment, minor adaptations, and major adaptations
• Recommend and support implementation of minor and major adaptations
• Promote independence and improve quality of life for service users

• Occupational Therapy experience within a community setting
• Experience undertaking physical health assessments
• Ability to carry out home visits across the assigned locality
• Manual handling experience is highly desirable
