Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service in Birmingham is seeking carers to provide care and support for a young man with cerebral palsy and complex health needs. Two carers are required to be with him at all times in his own home.
Duties include administering medication, using slings, hoists and other specialised equipment, personal care, following risk assessments and protocols, and driving/accompanying him to access opportunities in the community.
