Are you ready to lead the transformation of a pioneering neurological rehabilitation service and help shape the future of Speech and Language Therapy?
Our Birmingham centre is transitioning to Active Neuro, the newly launched division of Active Care Group, creating an exciting opportunity to redefine how specialist neurological rehabilitation is delivered. At a pivotal stage in its journey, we’re looking for an ambitious Lead Speech and Language Therapist who sees opportunity where others see challenge — someone who is motivated by the chance to influence change, raise clinical standards, and help transform a service into one recognised for excellence.
This is far more than a leadership role; it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact. You’ll play a key role in developing the Speech and Language Therapy service, inspiring your team, embedding evidence-based practice, and creating a culture focused on collaboration, innovation and exceptional patient outcomes.
