WDP Greenwich seeks a dynamic and committed practitioner to join the Integrated Substance Misuse Greenwich service at 821 Woolwich Road. You will embed psychological approaches within recovery pathways and access monthly supervision with a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, risk assessment and Recovery Care Plans for personalised journeys, and work with partners across primary care, criminal justice and community services to support service users.
