This structure helps clinicians deliver consistent assessments, reliable recommendations and successful outcomes for children, families and end clients. Package & Benefits £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Permanent full-time or part-time contract. Agreed hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities Complete specialist speech, language and communication assessments. Gather and analyse evidence from families, schools and professionals. Contribute CYP Speech & Language Therapist expertise to MDT diagnostic formulation. Produce clear reports and recommendations supporting communication and participation. About You Current HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist. Significant post-qualification experience within paediatric, CAMHS or neurodevelopmental services. Experience conducting communication assessments within CYP diagnostic pathways.
