About the Role You will be working alongside an established team to provide one-to-one support to a friendly, happy-go-lucky gentleman in his own home. He lives with his wife and has a close, supportive family who helps with the day-to-day care. The client has well-managed schizophrenia, stable health conditions such as Asthma managed with inhalers and reduced mobility. He benefits from calm, reliable, person-centred support that promotes independence and comfort.

We are looking for someone respectful and personable, who can naturally fit into family life, anticipate what needs to be done, and maintain professional boundaries. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent care in a warm, supportive home  this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.

While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering personalised care and support with daily living, including personal care, supporting incontinence, mobility, meals and household tasks.
• Encouraging independence, social engagement and maintaining familiar routines.
• Providing continuity and stability through reliable, consistent support.
• Working confidently and professionally, showing initiative while respecting boundaries.
• Communicating effectively with the client, family and wider care team to ensure high standards of care.

When You’ll Work Flexible rota assignments.

Daily 6-hour shifts from 08:00
-14:00 3-4 days per week

Zero-hours contract, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

What You’ll Get Up to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).Flexible zero hour contract
