Lead with Compassion, Care with Purpose We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team! At Apna House our highly experienced and trained staff work to support people who have a wide range of mental health needs, from mild anxiety and depression, to severe and enduring mental health problems. We’re particularly interested in someone who:
Has a genuine passion for improving the lives of others Is committed to creating a positive, supportive and inclusive working environment Has strong leadership and people-management skills Is confident and experienced in leading and managing change Can inspire a team and drive continuous improvement Understands the importance of delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans Provide practical and emotional support with daily living, personal care, and activities Monitor outcomes and document changes in care or wellbeing Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, tailored support Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and CQC standards Support the onboarding and training of junior staff What You’ll Need Previous experience in a senior support working role NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care Must be Medication Administration trained Strong supervision and communication skills Excellent care planning & record keeping experience Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights if required Why Join Us?
